A day

How do I look?
This photo was taken on my most miserable day. Saturday. Puffy cheeks and pain defined that day. It was a beautiful day and we spent it out at the lake. I would have loved to have gone for a walk but spent the time on the couch moaning.
Who knew a simple tooth ache could make someone feel so lousy?!
Anyway I am feeling pretty normal again and am so glad!
My Nana was in town for a few days and we soaked up every moment we could with her.
More leaf crunching was absorbed.
And warm afternoons in the yard soaked up.
We did make an outing to the thrift store the other day and came away with some treasures.
We just couldn't resist this at $1.99

And then there were the costumes. The kids were so excited and wanted to play dress up right away.
However by late afternoon we were getting restless. Whenever Dave has to work the 13 hour shift we get antsy and get stir crazy.
A little walk down the the playground was all that was needed to clear the head and pass the time.

Now we are trying to get back into the normal swing of things. With all the rushing around with family all weekend the kids early nights  got blown to bits and we are now back at square one again.
Anyway I am still working on my brain fog so I am outta here.
Have a great Tuesday!

You don't look TOO puffy and gross in that first photo, but you DO look just a trifle stoned, ha ha.

Glad you are feeling better, Anna. I LOVE that close-up photo of Kaitlyn looking through the screen door/window. Gorgeous!

Good luck with getting back into the bedtime routines. Consistency is the key, but it can be hard when other things crop up and plans change. Hang in there!

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. That just totally stinks about your tooth. And yes, it is amazing that your mouth can make the rest of you feel so so crummy!

Cute pics of your kids dressing up. What a fabulous idea to get outfits to let them play in!

Hope you continue to feel better!

I'm sorry your tooth has made you so miserable. I hope you are over the worst of it. Are you having to have surgery on it?

That's one cute giraffe and unicorn you got there!

Hey Anna,
This month be the month for TOOTHACHES! I had a terrible one and OD'ed on Tylenol too. I went in a week or so ago and had them pull it out and now I have to go back this Fri to have the bone chip cut out of my gums that is sticking out and agrivating. Hope yours is better now.
Aunt Deb :)
Now I can smile and know exactly what you went or still going through.

I'd say that there's probably nothing simple about a toothache. I hope your's gets better soon.

Hi I am sorry to hear about your toothache I hope it is better now. I had a weird infection last year and can sympathise, the pain can take over everything and wear you out.

I love your new autumn sorry fall banner. Your own art work, yes? :)

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I hope you got to enjoy the warm day today!

Great photos of the kids, love the costumes, we have some going on here too. Although Clone troopers just aren't as cute as unicorns and giraffes.
