Summer, summer time......

...is all I am dreaming about. And after a few days of amazingly warm sunny days I wasn't so excited to see cold rain and snow come back. Oh well, moisture is good and I know it brings green. I will rejoice in it!

However, to match my grey moods of late here are a few dulled out sunny day photos from early last week.
Not that I don't love black and white, I do but maybe in the near future I will post these in color too and let them come to life.

With my greyness it is not that I don't want to see people and do normal life stuff, I just struggle every once in a while to stay out of my head long enough to connect and socialize.

This seems to hit me in that second phase of pregnancy when I am tired and feeling bloated and I just feel like sleeping more and not doing much.

However with a family to care for and friends who I want to see I forge ahead and don't look back.

I never regret it. All I have to do is look back over a single day.

I am just tired that is all.

It is the getting out and keeping some semblance of normal and not sleeping the days away that keeps me ticking. Doing stuff with the children, crafts, painting, cooking, these things keep me going too. And watching these little offsprings grow...ah.

That and a desire to be a better wife to my husband when all I want to do is sit on my butt all day and doodle or read.
Some women get postpartum depression. I always get the pregnancy blues. Just because I am so wiped the whole time. And then the day the baby comes, whaaaa, I am back on cloud 9 and ready to conquer the world!

Here's to sunny days....

I think having three small children would be exhausting enough, never mind being pregnant as well! So cut yourself a little slack and nap if you can today. I send you hugs.
