Summer, summer time.....

Ok, I know!!! Almost a month, a whole month!
Shy a few days but I know!
Not intended at all but it was a needed break. Seems this time last year I did the same thing and I remember it felt good then too.
Truth is that I really needed to sit back. Reevaluate and just be. I soaked up moments, tones of em. Over 2000 photos worth. This has made the idea of getting back on here and starting the editing process rather daunting. Down right scary!
I have missed you my deer ol internet and people in there but I needed the reality break.

I needed to breath. Although this break was not a break in business, that never stops.
We had birthdays and parties and BBQ's and an anniversary and life decisions made and dreams dreamt and festivals soaked in. Dull moments were kept at bay while we finally put all aside to have a summer.
OK, not all but the Internet anyway.

Well, truth is that if I could have gotten the free wireless connection to work faster than molasses in January (I don't really know if that is fast or slow but I am picturing the most agonizingly slow drip ever) I would have been on here updating as we went along. I have SO much to share!!

So once the photos are edited I will get em up and then get back to the grind. Back to what is really going on here!

For now I just wanted to say "HI!!!"

I'm baaaaaaaaaack!

Okay--I want to squeeze his darling little chubby self--what a cute, cute picture of Hudson! Love the way K is being so free in the swing too : )

I am glad you have had such a wonderful break; the kids are, as ever, beautiful, and I for one will be here whenever you post.

Finally!,
I have been checking, watching and waiting for an update. Even though we speak on the phone, there is something special about being able to access you through your blog. The kids look amazing and that "little" hudsie needs to spend some time with his grandma from Calgary. I have sent a parcel to Kaitlyn and Ethan, hope they like it! I look forward to seeing more of your summer pictures. Take care, be safe and know that I love you all!
Hugs and kisses,
Grandma
ps, Poppa will be very happy that you have updated your blog!

Yay for the routine of fall (sort of) while it still feels like summer!
You have beautiful pictures of your beautful family (and beautiful paintings), but mostly I wanted to tell you I love the header - you are one crazy talented lady!
((hugs))

Fabulous photos, Anna! That one of Kaitlyn in the doorway is just too precious!

Hey, I've been meaning to ask how your homeschool research has been going. If you have any questions about Sonlight, feel free to fly me an email.
